Job Summary
OKX is hiring a remote Compliance Analyst (Governance & Reporting) across EMEA and NORAM regions. The role manages executive compliance reporting, board presentation decks, and global PSPG policy frameworks across jurisdictions. Requires a background in compliance, audit, or risk within FinTech or financial services, with strong organizational and stakeholder tracking abilities.
Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Executive Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Compliance Presentation Preparation: Draft, review, and format compliance reports, board slide decks, and executive summaries for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Data Metrics & Analytics: Analyze compliance data to compile periodic status reports for board members, C-level executives, and regional compliance leads.
- Issue Tracking & Remediation: Document and track compliance issues, audit findings, and remediation action plans across business units.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with international contributors across time zones to enforce reporting deadlines and deliverable schedules.
2. PSPG (Policy, Standard, Procedure & Guideline) Governance
- Policy Lifecycle Management: Manage scheduled reviews for global and regional PSPG documents, notifying authors of upcoming review dates and tracking document status (in review, approved, retired).
- Global-Local Alignment: Review and align policies to resolve contradictions between global frameworks and local jurisdictional requirements.
- Template Standardization: Maintain standardized PSPG templates and assist local compliance teams in drafting regulatory-compliant documentation.
- Approval Documentation: Secure and log formal stakeholder and board approver sign-offs in accordance with internal governance protocols.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Experience: Background in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, project coordination, or operational support within financial services, FinTech, banking, or regulated crypto environments.
- Policy & Reporting Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple governance workstreams, maintain document tracking systems, and compile management-level reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with senior management and global teams.
- Organizational Mastery: Detail-oriented with proactive stakeholder follow-up habits to ensure deliverable commitments are met on schedule.
- Analytical Skills: Aptitude for analyzing operational data, spotting inconsistencies, and escalating compliance risks appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications ("Nice to Haves")
- Hands-on experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (specifically Claude) to optimize compliance workflows, documentation, and reporting efficiency.
