Job Summary
Ecofleet Solutions Ltd is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Officer in Kigali, Rwanda. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role executes end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and employer branding for Kigali's public transport transformation entity. Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Full Lifecycle Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and execute job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer extensions.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Proactively build candidate pipelines using job boards, social networks, referral programs, and professional associations.
- Candidate Experience: Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate seamless communication to ensure a professional, positive candidate journey.
2. Workforce Strategy & Employer Branding
- Talent Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain talent pools across key technical, operational, and administrative functions to support organizational growth.
- Employer Branding: Drive candidate outreach initiatives and engagement strategies that position Ecofleet as an employer of choice in Rwanda.
- Process Onboarding: Support HR teams during the onboarding phase to enable smooth integration for new hires.
3. Compliance, Systems & Analytics
- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee all talent acquisition activities adhere to applicable local labor laws, ethical standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Recruitment Metrics: Maintain recruitment databases and generate data-driven reports on hiring velocity, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and channel effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend optimized workflows, tools, and applicant tracking capabilities.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Academic Baseline: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR sourcing roles.
- Technical Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment analytics, data-driven sourcing, and labor law compliance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within fast-growing, mobility, logistics, or transport-focused enterprises.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
