Senior D365 Developer

Job Summary

The Senior D365 Developer leads technical design, customization, and integration across Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, Dataverse, and Azure services. This developer creates extensions using X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript, builds Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, executes Azure-based integrations, implements Copilot AI features, and manages CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.

Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities

1. Dynamics 365 Architecture & Clean Core Customization

• End-to-End Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design, architectural layout, and deployment of end-to-end enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Customization & Extension: Develop and maintain high-performing customizations using X++, C#, and .NET, adhering strictly to "Clean Core" principles to facilitate seamless platform updates.
• Power Platform Integration: Leverage Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Power Automate to create hybrid pro-code/low-code solutions.

2. Integrations, Azure Services & AI Innovation

• Integration Architecture: Design and build secure, high-throughput integrations between D365 and external systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management).
• Database & APIs: Manage Data Entities, build and consume REST/SOAP APIs, and craft complex SQL/OData queries within Dataverse environments.
• Copilot & AI Extension: Extend Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven capabilities to automate business processes and extract actionable data intelligence.

3. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

• DevOps Pipelines: Oversee the full ALM process using Azure DevOps, enforcing rigorous version control, code quality checks, and automated deployment pipelines.

Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites

Required Technical Profile & Experience

• D365 Development Baseline: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the technical development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Microsoft Stack Proficiency: Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Dataverse & Querying: Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture, relational database design, and complex SQL/OData query optimization.
• Integration Expertise: Extensive experience building REST/SOAP APIs, managing Data Entities, and integrating Azure-hosted services with D365.
• Time Zone Requirement: Must be physically located within CET (±3 hours).
• Language Proficiency: Intermediate-to-advanced English language communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), MB-500 (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer), or MB-400.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and architectural decision-making.
