2. Design Systems Engineering & Optimization (40%)

• Scale Styling Frameworks: Use Tailwind CSS to establish, expand, and enforce highly uniform design systems capable of supporting multi-tenant application layouts effortlessly.
• Maximize Performance: Identify and eliminate client-side bottlenecks, reduce bundle weights, minimize layout shifts, and enforce modern performance best practices across distributed environments.
• Champion Inclusion: Audit code against strict accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and usability rules, making sure elements are keyboard-navigable and screen-reader compliant.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback (20%)
