The Paid Media Manager executes, monitors, and scales localized paid social and paid search campaigns across a complex franchise network. Core daily tasks include performing account audits for ad disapprovals, adjusting audience targeting arrays, shifting daily budget allocations based on Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) swings, updating performance tracking sheets, building automated Looker Studio visualization dashboards, and ensuring absolute adherence to strict corporate naming conventions.
Required Paid Media & Franchise Marketing Foundations
- Domain Tenure: 3+ years of direct, hands-on professional experience configuring, managing, and scaling paid advertising budgets across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Multi-Account Architecture: Proven track record managing complex, high-volume multi-account setups (such as digital marketing agencies, franchise operations networks, or multi-location retail brands).
- Data Translation & Fluency: Exceptional mathematical and analytical capacity to parse raw performance metrics—specifically CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates—and quickly implement smart, corrective actions.
- Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Thorough, working command of modern targeting adjustments, custom lookalike audience segmentation, advanced bidding algorithms, attribution window behaviors, and tracking pixel testing frameworks.
- Operational Tools & Sync: Flawless written and verbal English communication capabilities, paired with highly functional proficiency manipulating data inside Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting).
Preferred Qualifications & Infrastructure Assets
- Fitness Niche Experience: Previous experience managing digital acquisition networks or local lead-generation funnels for commercial gym chains, boutique fitness clubs, wellness studios, or hyper-local franchise systems.
- Dashboard Design: Advanced capability building, connecting, and maintaining automated client-facing reporting frameworks inside Looker Studio linked to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data inputs.
- Administrative Consistency: The ability to work completely autonomously, easily maintaining accuracy when running repetitive optimization checklists, budget logs, and account compliance audits.
- Dedicated Hardware Setup: Ownership of a reliable, modern computer system and a high-speed, stable internet connection capable of running heavy, multi-tab ad manager dashboards without performance lags.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Account Ad Execution & Continuous Optimization (45%)
- Deploy Localized Ad Campaigns: Assist with the end-to-end configuration, asset upload, copy mapping, and target mapping for Meta and Google Ad campaigns across the franchise network.
- Execute Daily Optimizations: Adjust geo-targeting matrices, shift budget allocations to top-performing locations, update ad creative variations, and adjust bidding rules based on performance data and strategic team briefs.
- Enforce Brand Standards: Review and format all ad components to ensure strict adherence to corporate franchise guidelines, messaging boundaries, and mandatory structural naming conventions.
- Oversee Tracking Pipelines: Verify that all localized landing page destinations feature properly configured UTM parameters and active tracking pixels to protect data attribution.
2. Daily Account Quality Control & Risk Mitigation (25%)
- Run Systematic Audits: Perform comprehensive daily health audits across all active franchise ad accounts to spot and fix immediate delivery issues.
- Clear Ad Disapprovals: Instantly isolate and appeal automated ad disapprovals, compliance warnings, or audience delivery blocks to maintain consistent market visibility.
- Control Budget Pacing: Monitor daily spend velocity across the network, adjusting budget paces to completely prevent over-spending or under-utilizing allocated capital.
- Verify Testing Frameworks: Follow strict internal testing guidelines, tracking experimental variations in copy, bidding styles, and creative elements while cleanly logging the outcomes.
3. Performance Analysis, Dashboarding & Data Governance (20%)
- Track Performance Trends: Monitor day-to-day conversion shifts across the entire studio ecosystem, identifying underperforming regions and recommending clear, actionable adjustments.
- Maintain Internal Trackers: Manually update internal media-buying trackers and master sheets daily to ensure executive teams see accurate network-wide spend metrics.
- Build Looker Dashboards: Develop and maintain live, clean Looker Studio and GA4 tracking views to give local owners real-time clarity on key metrics like cost-per-lead and return on ad spend.
- Draft Performance Summaries: Write clear, brief performance descriptions explaining conversion drops or cost spikes, transforming raw rows of numbers into strategic updates.

- Optimize Backend Pipelines: Participate in weekly digital team alignment meetings, documenting optimization discoveries to continuously improve overall workflow efficiency.
