Core daily duties include auditing AI-generated video renders and motion scripts, verifying keyframe interpolation and rendering physics, constructing rigorous video code-review models, identifying subtle composition or masking bugs, and writing comprehensive technical breakdowns to train frontier LLMs in production-ready motion design practices.
Foundational Engineering & Creative Prerequisites
- Creative Portfolio Standards: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion graphics styles, technical layer execution, and advanced vector/raster composition techniques.
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert, practical production-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Linguistic & Regional Mandate: Native-level fluency in English, combined with verified residency within an English-speaking country, ensuring the absolute clarity of text-to-video descriptive inputs.
- Visual Storytelling Depth: Proven ability to translate highly abstract, complex engineering concepts and numerical data models into visually engaging, logically clear animations and layouts.
- Communication Articulation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a critical emphasis on explaining abstract design principles, timing curves, and creative mistakes clearly and succinctly.

Key Responsibilities
1. High-Fidelity Video Evaluation & LLM Alignment
- Critically review, score, and optimize simulated motion graphics files, automated timeline configurations, and vector layers generated by frontier AI models.
- Evaluate AI-generated video outputs for physics compliance, render boundaries, spatial layer hierarchy, syntax accuracy, and adherence to modern motion principles.
- Construct clear, step-by-step logic breakdowns and structured file refactorings to show AI models how to resolve complex tracking errors, broken masks, or unnatural easing curves in After Effects.
- Build advanced, multi-tiered project scenarios containing deliberately injected kinetic or layout flaws to stress-test the model’s automated visual debugging capabilities.
2. Motion Design Production & Baseline Scaffolding
- Design, build, and maintain clean, compelling motion graphics and user interface animations to establish pristine baseline training data.
- Ensure absolute consistency with brand rules and core layout guidelines across simulated platforms, validating that text tracks, kinetic typography, and asset grids render flawlessly.
- Write clean, maintainable expressions and optimized rendering setups that serve as the definitive standard of excellence for automated model training pipelines.
3. Structural Documentation & Knowledge Engineering
- Write comprehensive technical summaries, visual descriptions, and clear step-by-step annotation logs to support seamless data parsing across the micro1 ecosystem.
- Contribute detailed asset-quality guidelines, framework-specific design maps, and motion standard sheets to our growing technical training database.
- Manage multiple data streams and project files concurrently, ensuring all internal milestones are met with extreme attention to detail.
Core Competencies & Motion Knowledge Areas
- Kinetic Curve Mechanics: Deep operational understanding of easing curves, graph editors, spatial vs. temporal interpolation, and the foundational physics of organic motion.
- Compositing Layer Logic: Total fluency in managing complex blend modes, alpha/luma mattes, rotoscoping pathways, and parent-child structural hierarchies inside video timelines.
- Vector-to-Raster Optimization: The ability to easily scale assets across Illustrator vectors and Photoshop rasters, maintaining clean anti-aliasing and pixel-perfect layouts.
- Visual Defect Diagnostics: The analytical focus to step through video renders frame-by-frame, accurately pinpointing subtle artifacting, flickering, color grading mismatches, or tracking drift.
