Job Summary

The Finance Expert reviews, audits, and refines complex financial data, quantitative valuation structures, and enterprise records to train and evaluate AI operational agents. Core daily duties include evaluating AI-generated financial sheets and investment memos, running detailed quality reviews on DCF and LBO calculations, identifying subtle balance sheet discrepancies, and writing structured, institutional-grade technical breakdowns to train frontier LLMs in institutional finance and investment standards.

Foundational Market & Valuation Prerequisites

• Capital Markets Domain Expertise: Deep, verifiable professional experience within institutional financial sectors, specifically highlighting active exposure to Private Equity and/or Investment Banking workflows.
• Advanced Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with an uncompromising attention to detail when managing dense mathematical models.
• Material Refinement Track Record: Documented experience reviewing, editing, building, or auditing complex financial tools, corporate pitchbooks, or valuation dossiers.
• Communication Articulation: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to explain intricate market concepts, valuation trade-offs, and complex corporate data clearly to technical software engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically review, score, and optimize complex financial analyses, valuation structures, and corporate research reports generated by frontier AI models.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial outputs for mathematical precision, logic consistency, formatting standards, and absolute adherence to institutional investment guidelines.
• Construct clear, step-by-step logic breakdowns and structural text refactorings to show AI models how to resolve complex tracking failures, broken formula links, or misunderstood stakeholder requests.
• Build advanced, multi-tiered corporate finance scenarios containing deliberately hidden accounting errors, structural contradictions, or missing details to stress-test the model’s automated problem-solving logic.

2. Quantitative Architecture Curation & Quality Engineering

• Analyze authentic workplace communications, including complex client threads, investment committee presentations, and internal financial files, to extract actionable insights.
• Systematically identify and trace key financial decisions, operational milestones, task dependencies, owner assignments, and unresolved issues within fragmented data.
• Synthesize diverse sources of institutional knowledge into complex, highly realistic tasks that mirror real-world corporate challenges to evaluate the boundaries of autonomous AI agents.

3. Framework Creation & Data Confidentiality

• Create clear, highly detailed prompts and multi-tiered evaluation rubrics based on raw corporate materials to grade model performance objectively.
• Maintain absolute, uncompromised confidentiality and strict data security protocols while managing authentic financial records and sensitive corporate materials.
• Participate actively in internal peer and logic reviews, contributing detailed operational insights to maintain high quality across the micro1 expert network.

• Corporate Valuation Dynamics: Deep operational mastery of core corporate valuation frameworks, specifically including multi-stage Discounted Cash Flow ($DCF$) calculations, Comparable Companies Analysis ($CCA$), and Precedent Transactions modeling.
• Leveraged Capital Architectures: Total clarity tracking debt-to-equity mechanics, debt scheduling cascades, interest coverage metrics, and internal rate of return ($IRR$) attribution equations inside Leveraged Buyout ($LBO$) models.
