Role Overview
The AI Operations Associate will support data and AI-related workflows requiring high levels of accuracy, focus, and consistency. This role involves executing structured tasks such as data labeling, annotation, content review, quality checks, and process adherence under defined guidelines. This is not a casual or creative role; it requires discipline, careful instruction-following, and sustained attention to detail. Selected candidates will be trained in KinDesk’s internal AI workflow standards before project placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute structured data labeling and annotation tasks.
- Review and evaluate content according to defined guidelines.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across repetitive tasks.
- Follow detailed project instructions precisely.
- Flag inconsistencies or quality concerns appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
