- The Reel / Portfolio Requirement: A robust, highly scannable digital portfolio or video reel demonstrating expert pacing, native mobile typography usage, and successful monetization/growth metrics for fashion or lifestyle products.
- Linguistic Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, critical for aligning with remote copywriters and tracking platform trends.
- Workspace Readiness: A fully optimized independent editing suite with the processing capacity and storage required to manage uncompressed multi-platform video pipelines smoothly.
Experience
Candidates must demonstrate verified proficiency across short-form pacing strategies, video tooling software, and direct-to-consumer aesthetics:
Core Video Post-Production Mastery

- AI Tool Integration: Experience deploying modern AI-driven editing workflows (e.g., auto-caption generation engines, smart re-framing utilities, background cleaning modules).

Brand Stewardship & Asset Management
- Maintain Visual Cohesion: Ensure all completed video cuts adhere to strict brand guides, core color profiles, aesthetic pacing, and modern typographic hierarchies.
- Repurpose Existing Content: Audit legacy footage, influencer reviews, and lookbook clips to breathe new life into stale channels with platform-specific trend variants.
- Govern Asset Libraries: Systematically catalog raw b-roll, audio stems, project source files, and final exports to ensure high team velocity.
Campaign Collaboration & Trend Analysis
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Brainstorm asynchronously alongside internal brand managers, copywriters, and content creators to map outbound campaign directions.
