The SEO Content Writer transforms pre-structured analyst briefs into high-quality, search-optimized digital articles. Core daily responsibilities include writing copy that adheres to strict internal quality frameworks; naturally integrating primary and secondary semantic keywords; using next-generation AI-assisted editing tools (NeuronWriter and Claude Code); meeting monthly article quotas; and participating in weekly performance syncs via Slack and video chat.

• Production Efficiency: A highly productive, self-directed workflow capable of cleanly delivering high-volume monthly content assignments under minimal supervision.
• Operational Discipline: Strong commitment to following internal templates, strict quality checklists, and structural processes down to the last detail.
• Technical Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and master specialized software suites, with specialized training provided on semantic optimization platforms and developer-focused terminal assistants during your first week.
• Availability Boundaries: Absolute availability to work during Montreal's Eastern Time Zone throughout the Week 1 onboarding sprint, followed by steady daily responsiveness on Slack.

Technical Workflow Architecture

In this high-volume content studio, your production cycle is built around optimization scoring, software integration, and strict delivery milestones:

• Ingesting Structured Intent: Receiving fully loaded briefs directly from optimization analysts, containing exact semantic keyword clusters, target word counts, and structural heading layouts.
• Semantic Optimization Alignment: Writing copy interactively within NeuronWriter to hit strict optimization scores, ensuring key terms appear in proper contextual locations naturally.
• AI-Assisted Cycle Compression: Leveraging advanced development environments like Claude Code within your writing process to automate text adjustments, expand concepts, or format code and data blocks rapidly.
• GEO Compliance Verification: Reviewing final content drafts against specific Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) checklists to ensure the copy is structured cleanly for AI search crawlers, snippet engines, and LLM summary tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume SEO Content Production

• Write and optimize high-caliber digital articles based entirely on structured, pre-analyzed briefs provided by internal search analysts.
• Seamlessly weave targeted keyword matrices into the text in a highly natural, readable, and user-friendly manner that avoids keyword stuffing.
• Deliver an assigned monthly content volume of approximately 40 to 50 high-quality pieces per month, adjusting output smoothly based on evolving client goals.

2. Quality Framework & Software Execution

• Strictly execute your writing process in line with internal templates, core SEO guidelines, and advanced Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) quality checklists.
• Master and integrate specialized optimization systems into your daily workflow, fully utilizing NeuronWriter and Claude Code arrays following your Week 1 onboarding tracks.
• Review, refine, and update copy drafts based on internal editorial comments and feedback loops within 24 hours of notification.

3. Team Syncing & Operational Communications

• Maintain consistent availability on Slack during your active working hours to resolve content questions and address pipeline updates.
• Attend a structured, weekly 1:1 sync with the Content Lead, Dalia, to review editorial feedback, celebrate performance wins, and clear away operational blockers.
• Manage your independent contractor timeline responsibly to guarantee every monthly deadline is met without exception.

Expected Outputs & Deliverables

• 40 to 50 fully written, semantically optimized articles delivered to the editorial queue each month.
• Complete optimization score validation readouts recorded inside NeuronWriter for every submitted text.
• Editorial revision requests addressed, polished, and returned within a strict 24-hour turnaround window.
• Clean, markdown-ready files uploaded into the internal content management system matching framework parameters.
