Job Summary
The Project Manager, Ecosystem drives end-to-end feature delivery, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment for core out-of-game digital products. Core responsibilities include translating product designs into technical action plans, managing dependency maps in Jira, hosting stakeholder demos, mitigating delivery risks, and partnering with analytics teams to track post-launch player engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Product Feature Delivery (40%)
- Orchestrate Project Lifecycles: Lead technical feature delivery from early proof-of-concept and scoping phases right through production engineering, QA verification, and localized go-live rollouts.
- Map Multi-Workstream Scopes: Build out precise delivery roadmaps, breaking down complex product designs into clear technical requirements, dependencies, and realistic timeline estimations.
- Mitigate Delivery Risks: Proactively identify and monitor project bottlenecks, cross-team dependencies, and system constraints—escalating issues early to keep delivery tracks completely clear.
- Standardize Agile Frameworks: Coordinate daily development syncs, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives using Jira and Confluence to optimize team velocity.
2. Stakeholder Alignment & B2B Client Management (30%)
- Centralize Project Communications: Serve as the central point of contact for your assigned ecosystem products, aligning software development, product design, and business intelligence teams.
- Lead System Demonstrations: Host periodic walkthroughs, product reviews, and live milestone demos to keep internal executive stakeholders and B2B clients fully aligned on rollout statuses.
- Balance Dual Dynamics: Align consumer-facing player requirements (simplicity, retention, UX fluidity) with corporate B2B client demands (security, integration flexibility, SLA compliance).
3. Continuous Optimization & Analytics Post-Mortems (30%)
- Refine Delivery Pipelines: Analyze team sprint metrics to flag structural inefficiencies, recommending process updates to make overall software delivery loops more efficient.
- Track Launch Performance KPIs: Partner with product managers and business analysts post-launch to evaluate player-journey performance against core engagement and technical telemetry targets.
- Maintain Technical Runbooks: Author and maintain centralized documentation, delivery playbooks, release notes, and operational FAQs within Confluence to help scale the group.
Experience & Competencies
Candidates must demonstrate strong delivery management fundamentals, deep familiarity with large-scale digital platforms, and excellent stakeholder management:
Core Delivery Qualifications
- Professional Tenure: Minimum of 5+ years of direct professional experience operating in a technical project manager, delivery manager, or scrum master capacity.
- Digital Product Foundation: Proven track record running cross-functional software delivery processes alongside UX designers, software engineering tracks, and QA specialists.
- Agile Toolkit Mastery: Expert operational command of agile project management architectures and administrative tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with an innate ability to explain technical software limitations to non-technical business partners.
Segment Exposure & Desired Backgrounds
- Target Sectors: Direct exposure managing products within iGaming, real-money gaming, high-volume consumer digital platforms, or global e-commerce software environments.
- UX Focus (Preferred): Prior experience managing delivery within design-led, highly iterative product environments focused on front-end user experience (UX) and conversion funnels.
- Tier-1 Tech Background (Preferred): Experience managing delivery at scale within major global technology organizations or rapid-growth scale-ups (e.g., Spotify, Google, Amazon, Meta) is highly desirable.
- Drive & Creative Identity: A professional history backed by unique side projects, personal technical achievements, or entrepreneurial efforts that highlight deep individual drive and problem-solving creativity.
Expected Outputs & Deliverables
- Well-structured Jira project boards, dependency maps, and clear sprint milestone tracking schedules.
- Comprehensive product delivery blueprints, technical scope sheets, and formal risk mitigation logs.
- Weekly delivery progress readouts, release notes, and deployment readiness reports for enterprise stakeholders.
- Post-launch product KPI performance assessments and documented optimization playbooks.
