Job Summary
The Management Specialist reviews, structures, and synthesizes messy, fragmented business data to train and evaluate AI operational agents. Core daily duties include auditing simulated workplace conversations, extracting actionable dependencies and unresolved priorities from messy email/Slack threads, building rigorous real-world scenario prompts, creating highly detailed evaluation rubrics, and handling data ambiguity with methodical, first-principles business analysis.
Foundational Operational & Business Prerequisites
- Workplace Domain Expertise: Deep, verified professional experience within specialized corporate or startup functions—including management, business operations, marketing, sales, engineering management, or general business execution.
- Communication Articulation: Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to interpret, clarify, and summarize complex, multi-party workplace conversations.
- Information Synthesis Acumen: Demonstrated ability to connect fragmented pieces of information across multiple communication streams, document histories, and complex corporate timelines.
- Unstructured Data Resilience: Proven experience working with unstructured, unorganized, or messy business data, successfully filtering actionable knowledge out of noise.
- Ambiguity Resolution Mastery: Strong professional judgment when resolving data gaps, identifying missing context, and distinguishing between highly relevant and completely irrelevant data points within shifting workflows.
- Independent Remote Execution: Proven ability to work successfully and independently within a remote workspace while collaborating smoothly with a globally distributed team.
- Structural Organization Matrix: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a methodical approach to handling data tracking systems.
Preferred Technical Multipliers
- Business Analysis Methodologies: Practical familiarity with formal business analysis frameworks, process mapping tools, or enterprise data modeling concepts.
- Multi-Tool Tech Stack Exposure: Hands-on experience working across diverse modern workplace communication and productivity applications (e.g., Jira, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Agile or Startup Background: Prior experience operating within high-velocity startup frameworks or fast-moving agile product development groups.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Fidelity Context Evaluation & LLM Alignment
- Critically review, score, and optimize simulated workplace communications, data mappings, and workflow plans generated by frontier AI models.
- Evaluate AI-generated administrative outputs for logic consistency, organizational accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to modern business compliance rules.
- Construct clear, step-by-step logic breakdowns and structural text refactorings to show AI models how to resolve complex tracking failures, broken task assignments, or misunderstood stakeholder requests.
- Build advanced, multi-tiered business communication scenarios containing deliberately hidden operational errors, contradictions, or missing details to stress-test the model’s automated problem-solving logic.
2. Unstructured Data Extraction & Process Design
- Analyze authentic workplace communications, including complex Slack conversations, email threads, meeting transcripts, and internal system files, to extract actionable insights.
- Systematically identify and trace key business decisions, operational milestones, task dependencies, owner assignments, and unresolved issues within fragmented data.
- Synthesize diverse sources of institutional knowledge into complex, highly realistic tasks that mirror real-world business challenges to evaluate the boundaries of autonomous AI agents.
3. Framework Creation & Data Confidentiality
- Create clear, highly detailed prompts and multi-tiered evaluation rubrics based on raw business materials to grade model performance objectively.
- Maintain absolute, uncompromised confidentiality and strict data security protocols while managing authentic corporate records and sensitive materials.
- Participate actively in internal peer and logic reviews, contributing detailed operational insights to maintain high quality across the micro1 expert network.
Core Competencies & Operational Knowledge Areas
- Business Analysis Dynamics: Deep operational understanding of corporate structures, cross-functional dependencies, and standard project management workflows.
- Semantic Synthesis: Total fluency in tracking contextual meaning across multiple data platforms, separating core business decisions from casual office banter.
- Handling Data Ambiguity: The analytical capacity to take highly fragmented or conflicting updates and apply methodical steps to extract accurate, actionable realities.
- Context-Aware Prioritization: Advanced judgment regarding what information matters most to a business objective, ensuring critical items are prioritized over secondary metrics.
- Instructional Articulation: Strong technical writing habits, with the unique ability to explain exactly why a particular business summary or decision tree fails to meet enterprise requirements.
