Qualification
Educational Level
- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent paired with an exceptional professional track record in customer support or call center operations.
- Preferred Asset: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, Communications, or Business Administration.

Contact Center Footprint & Volume Endurance
- Tenure Optimization: Prior professional experience working successfully within a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment is highly preferred.
- Queue Management Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage high call queues, navigate active dialer frameworks, and work efficiently under strict operational targets.
- Objection Handling Skills: Demonstrated success addressing varied client inquiries, navigating consumer objections, and resolving complaints calmly and confidently.
Data Administration & Technical Literacy
- CRM & Software Fluency: Strong computer skills with hands-on proficiency using advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or comparable database platforms (such as Salesforce, Litify, Filevine, or HubSpot).
- Information Discretion Habits: Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to process sensitive, confidential information under strict data security protocols.
- Linguistic Standard: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on active listening and capturing data accurately during live conversations.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Call Management & Empathetic Engagement (35%)
- Manage High Call Volumes: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, maintaining a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Deliver Customer Excellence: Serve as the primary supportive voice for callers, addressing complex inquiries, answering programmatic questions, and resolving client worries.
- Navigate Client Objections: Manage sensitive client pushback or uncertainty confidently, using clear, approved scripts to build trust and guide callers forward.
2. Comprehensive Intake Processing & Eligibility Assessment (25%)
- Conduct Intake Interviews: Lead callers through step-by-step case questionnaires, asking targeted questions to gather clear information about their specific situations.
- Assess Case Eligibility: Evaluate caller answers against the firm's case parameters to accurately determine program eligibility.
- Verify Information Accuracy: Double-check key event dates, contact info, and legal details during the live call to prevent data errors down the line.
3. Secure Client Onboarding & Digital Documentation (20%)
- Onboard Eligible Clients: Guide qualified callers through the formal onboarding pipeline over the phone, explaining standard representation agreements clearly.
- Manage Digital Signatures: Assist clients with electronic signature tools to ensure all digital onboarding documents are completed securely and immediately.
- Coordinate Case Transfers: Package completed intake files neatly and transfer them to internal legal teams for secondary review and processing.
4. CRM Data Stewardship & Compliance Adherence (20%)
- Log Client History: Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate records of every call, tracking client interactions within the central CRM system.
- Follow Privacy Protocols: Follow strict data privacy rules (such as HIPAA or regional privacy directives) to protect sensitive personal and legal information.
- Support Team Collaborations: Work alongside internal legal assistants, intake managers, and tech leads to keep the onboarding pipeline running smoothly.
Expected Outputs & Deliverables
- Timely, complete, and error-free legal intake records logged cleanly inside the corporate CRM system.
- High conversion rates of eligible callers into fully onboarded clients through seamless telephonic sign-ups.
- Consistent achievement of daily and weekly contact center performance benchmarks, including target call handling and queue wrap-up times.
- Complete compliance with privacy guidelines, with zero data leaks or unauthorized data exposures.
- Clear participation notes and system updates shared across internal departments during case handoffs.
