Job Summary
The IS Operation HR & HQ Solutions Expert leads the administrative management, engineering compliance, and technical deployment of corporate software platforms. Core responsibilities include supervising internal developers and external support resources; standardizing continuous deployment and production release processes; designing systems integration maps using APIs and sFTP; validating application security via SSO protocols; translating complex user requirements into technical blueprints; and mapping out product lifecycles.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Minimum Requirements
- Academic Credentials: A Bachelor’s or Master's degree equivalent to Bac+4/5 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related digital architecture discipline.
- Professional Tenure: A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience within specialized enterprise software management, embedded within a total cumulative track record of at least four (4) years of professional IT experience.
- Corporate Core Mastery: Proven experience supporting and maintaining foundational enterprise applications, such as Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Corporate Compliance suites, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) tooling.
- Cloud Infrastructure Base: Practical experience managing or deploying solutions inside cloud environments, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure structures.
- Server & Hosting Architecture: Strong systems administration knowledge of Windows Server (versions 2008 up to modern editions) and Internet Information Services (IIS 7 and later web servers).
- Data Layer Capability: Advanced experience working with SQL Server (2008 and newer), including constructing or auditing integration workflows via SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Integration & Security Stack: Hands-on experience engineering system connection loops using web APIs and secure file protocols (sFTP), backed by a strong configuration understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, specifically OpenID Connect and SAML.
- Linguistic Skill: Complete professional fluency in English, with strong engineering documentation capacity.
Preferred Strategic Assets
- Sector Familiarity: Prior experience or domain exposure within the international transport, shipping, supply chain, or multimodal logistics industry is highly advantageous.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technical Team Supervision & Platform Roadmapping
- Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary technical pod consisting of internal software developers, system administrators, and external consultant support layers.
- Drive team skill development, setting training targets for cloud solution delivery and platform administration frameworks.
- Provide key guidance on architectural decisions, alignment priorities, and internal IT department process compliance.
- Own the software vendor relationship, checking service level agreements (SLAs) and tracking patch dependencies.
- Author, adapt, and update the long-term technical product roadmaps for corporate applications, matching them with group-wide optimization standards.
2. User Requirement Translation & System Deployment
- Partner directly with global corporate business units to gather, parse, and analyze emerging operational system requirements.
- Assess, cost, and estimate time-to-delivery for complex client feature requests, translating needs into formal technical and functional specifications.
- Prioritize delivery backlogs for the engineering team, ensuring quality execution from discovery phases to final production release.
- Industrialize and standardize the production release pipelines, creating delivery methods that eliminate system downtime during upgrades.
3. Application Security, Integration & Performance Tracking
- Contribute to core application architecture definitions, ensuring systems integrate cleanly via APIs and secure data pipelines without causing system lag.
- Protect software ecosystems by setting secure authentication parameters, defining rigid access rights, and managing identity roles via SAML/OpenID Connect.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to monitor application uptime, data accuracy, and user adoption rates.

- Thorough technical specification papers and database integration maps for new solutions.
- Active, updated product roadmaps mapping the evolution of internal corporate tools.
- Verified SSO security roles and access schemas protecting sensitive HR and financial databases.
- Consolidated monthly performance tracking indicators across all core headquarters systems.
