Full Stack Team Leader

Job Summary

The Full Stack Team Leader - CMS builds and mentors an engineering team to implement and scale Multiple's B2B Headless CMS across iGaming brands. This leader contributes to core libraries, manages release/migration pipelines, executes code reviews, and drives platform stability using Directus, SQL, Node, TypeScript, and Vue.

Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership, Mentorship & Capability Building

• Team Construction: Recruit, onboard, and establish a high-performing CMS development team to implement, maintain, and adapt the platform for new markets and operators.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical coaching, conduct performance reviews, and guide engineers in managing tasks across multiple iGaming brands.
• Ownership & Standards: Foster a culture of high accountability, constructive feedback, and high-velocity problem-solving within the pod.

2. CMS Architecture, Core Development & Migrations

• Core Library Contribution: Write, maintain, and refactor core software modules for the B2B CMS platform to ensure performance and scalability.
• Release & Migration Pipelines: Architect, automate, and manage seamless data migration and release workflows across multi-tenant CMS environments.
• Quality & System Stability: Perform thorough code reviews, enforce rigorous unit/integration test coverage, and uphold platform reliability under heavy traffic loads.

Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites

Required Technical Profile & Experience

• Full Stack Baseline: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Leadership Background: Minimum 2+ years of direct engineering leadership or team lead experience.
• Headless CMS Expertise: Strong, demonstrated experience working with Directus or comparable headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Sanity, Contentful).
• Database & Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database architecture.
• Tech Stack Assets (Highly Desirable): Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Vue.js.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong team facilitation capabilities.
