• Conduct Outbound Logistics Tracking: Execute proactive outbound calls using Ringover to commercial clients, transport dispatchers, and freight hubs to verify shipping readiness, delivery addresses, and site offloading conditions.
• Deliver Shipping Status Updates: Provide prompt, articulate, and professional logistics notifications across email and phone lines, keeping clients updated on transit timelines, unexpected delays, and custom clearance milestones.
• Manage Quebec & European Accounts: Tailor verbal and written communications to match the linguistic styles of European and Quebecois B2B accounts, maintaining a high-quality service profile across both markets.
• Handle Customer Care Escalations: Act as the initial line of support for incoming client delivery inquiries, resolving routing issues calmly and escalating high-value transport exceptions to senior management when necessary.

2. Odoo ERP Database Integrity & Systems Administration (30%)

• Update Logistics Records: Import, alter, and validate real-time shipment updates, bill of lading documentation, customs filings, and delivery receipts within the Odoo ERP platform.
• Audit Customer Master Files: Maintain clean, accurate B2B account profiles in the database, verifying gate codes, site manager phone contacts, tax status documents, and localized delivery rules.
• Log Inventory Allocations: Track construction equipment allocations across regional fulfillment centers inside Odoo, flagging inventory deficits before orders route to the warehouse floor.
• Standardize Digital Filing: Preserve structured cross-platform entries by ensuring call summary metrics from Ringover tie out perfectly with active customer support files in Odoo.

3. Cross-Functional Operations & Data Maintenance (20%)
