- Deploy Scripted Protocols: Follow corporate sales scripts and standardized process playbooks to introduce the product value clearly, adjusting parameters naturally for varied conversations.
- Leverage Automotive Terminology: Learn, adapt, and accurately apply niche automotive and tire industry terms during prospect interactions to build professional trust.
3. Appointment Setting & Pipeline Coordination (20%)
- Book Online Demos: Schedule qualified, high-interest online software demonstrations for the Director of Business Development.
- Hit Target Quotas: Maintain a consistent daily benchmark of 10 to 15 qualified client contacts, converting these connections into confirmed sales platform bookings.
- Conduct Nurture Follow-ups: Execute well-timed follow-up calls to warm prospects within the sales funnel who require additional nurturing before committing to a demo.
4. Data Entry, Tracking & List Building (20%)
- Maintain Call Records: Log and track detailed call reports, contact histories, response codes, and scheduled dates inside corporate Excel spreadsheets.
- Build Target Lists: Identify and build fresh prospect lists following provided industry criteria, market indicators, and geographic target plans.
- Support CRM Migration: Maintain clean data entries to assist internal technical teams as the sales division shifts data from spreadsheets to dedicated CRM tracking platforms.
Core Competencies & Skills
