Key responsibilities include translating complex technical layouts into sequential field tasks, monitoring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, conducting quality checks on luxury architectural details, and troubleshooting structural or spatial anomalies to protect project timelines.
Qualification
- Educational Level: 9th-grade education baseline or a completed technical-professional course certificate from an accredited vocational or engineering trades institute.
- Blueprint Competency: Advanced practical ability to analyze, parse, and interpret complex structural drawings, architectural blueprints, and engineering projects.
- Software Literacy: Functional proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) for basic site progress entry and materials reporting.
- Linguistic Skills: Practical working knowledge of the English language, essential for understanding master project documentation and coordinating with international engineering units.
- Safety Target: A deeply ingrained, proactive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) culture with an unyielding focus on enforcing PPE compliance and high-altitude safety guidelines.
Experience
Candidates must demonstrate a solid, practical history of structural execution and fine architectural finish supervision:
Civil Construction & Vertical Execution Mastery
- Professional Longevity: A minimum of 5 years of verified, continuous experience operating strictly as an active Site Foreman, Trade Supervisor, or Lead Artisan on heavy civil construction and building sites.
- High-Rise Structural History: Documented, proven experience supervising concrete pours, structural formwork, and reinforcement placements within high-rise buildings and mixed-use complexes.
- High-Standard Architectural Finishings: Strong practical expertise directing high-end finish phases, including premium masonry, complex facade systems, fine carpentry, structural glazing, and architectural flooring layouts.
Crew Logistics & Problem Resolution
- Resource and Task Distribution: Proven capability to organize, coordinate, and distribute task sheets across multi-disciplinary labor crews, managing equipment and material staging areas effectively.
- Anomaly Resolution Mechanics: Exceptional analytical and analytical troubleshooting skills to quickly spot structural variances, material flaws, or spatial conflicts and adjust methods on the fly.
- Client & Results Focus: A solid history of keeping site workflows results-oriented and aligned with strict delivery parameters, demonstrating great teamwork skills across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
Production Implementation & Crew Supervision
- Enforce Daily Production Plans: Translate instructions from Construction Managers into actionable field tasks, assigning specific duties to trade teams to maximize daily output.
- Oversee Structural Shell Execution: Supervise formwork assemblies, rebar configurations, and masonry placements, ensuring full alignment with geometric drawing specifications.
- Govern Premium Finishing Tracks: Manage the day-to-day work of specialized finish subcontractors, conducting meticulous quality inspections to guarantee error-free surfaces and detailing.
Resource Controls & Timeline Protection
- Optimize Asset Allocations: Track on-site consumption of materials (concrete, finishing components, steel) and manage equipment deployments to eliminate asset loss and minimize waste.
- Enforce Strict Project Deadlines: Assume total front-line responsibility for meeting production milestones, adjusting labor schedules or execution methods to absorb unexpected site delays.
- Neutralize Quality Anomalies: Identify and resolve structural deviations or finish defects immediately, executing clear corrective actions to prevent costly re-work.
HSE Enforcement & Document Reporting
- Enforce Absolute Site Safety: Act as the direct supervisor for safety compliance, maintaining a secure workspace and ensuring crews adhere to strict high-altitude fall protection and hazard rules.
- Compile Site Metrics: Generate basic digital progress logs and material utilization reports using MS Office for review by the technical planning office.
- Promote Team Cohesion: Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and high-performance environment across diverse, multi-cultural subcontractor networks.
