- Kitchen-to-Floor Synchronization: Reading ticket demands precisely, maintaining clear communication with back-of-house culinary teams to manage pacing, and executing smooth food and beverage delivery.
- Environmental Guard Rails: Resetting dining sections to brand standards, deep-cleaning service stations, and monitoring floor safety parameters to eliminate slips, trips, or cross-contamination risks.
- Operational Compliance Checks: Starting every shift with an audit of personal appearance against uniform standards, verifying safety protocol completions, and documenting shift checklists.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Impact Guest Accommodation & Experience Engineering
- Deliver proactive, intuitive front-of-house service, turning routine guest transactions into unique, memorable hospitality moments.
- Interact directly with guests, managing order requirements, answering menu questions, and personalizing table service to ensure absolute comfort.
- Take rapid ownership of guest requests or service deviations, resolving issues immediately to protect the hospitality experience.
2. Dining Infrastructure & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Arrange, set, clear, and reset tables seamlessly to preserve pristine dining aesthetics throughout the shift.
- Act as a reliable communication bridge between the dining room floor and the kitchen line, ensuring food preferences, allergies, and timing updates are transmitted clearly.
- Organize, restock, and maintain service stations, silverware reserves, and beverage hubs to support fast-paced floor rotations.
3. Safety Enforcement & Operational Compliance
- Maintain a secure, clean, and entirely hazard-free environment for both guests and fellow team members.
- Adhere strictly to all corporate guidelines, operational policies, health department standards, and food safety steps.
- Display flawless personal presentation, grooming, and uniform compliance to protect the professional image of the brand.
- Execute other reasonable operational responsibilities as requested by the management team to support overall business success.
