Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist manages Google Analytics logs, ad spend adjustments, SEO content calendars, and video asset timelines. Core duties include editing car showcase videos for YouTube; managing Facebook and LinkedIn ad budgets; writing email campaigns to nurture old leads; auditing the website for mobile speed; and building sales funnel graphs inside the CRM platform.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Paid Acquisition Optimization (PPC/SEM)
- Develop, deploy, and monitor data-driven digital marketing strategies to maximize RWANDAMOTOR brand awareness and capture high-intent online traffic.
- Formulate and manage paid advertising campaigns across major ad channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
- Continuously audit active advertising metrics through analytical engines like Google Analytics, dynamically adjusting audience segments and copy to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Spearhead search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to keep corporate digital inventories ranking high on search queries.
2. Multimedia Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Build content strategies and collaborate with content creators to highlight vehicle performance metrics, technical configurations, and seasonal promotional rollouts.
- Produce compelling, original photo, video, and written copy optimized for distribution on YouTube, corporate websites, and social platforms.
- Write engaging video scripts and captions designed around automotive buyer psychology to convert casual digital traffic into showroom foot traffic.
- Edit and proofread all outgoing digital media to protect brand consistency, perfect grammatical structure, and maintain corporate design standards.
3. Website Optimization & Lead Generation Funnels
- Manage and audit corporate web properties to ensure peak loading speeds, flawless mobile responsiveness, and clean user navigation flows.
- Build, execute, and analyze automated email marketing campaigns via applications like HubSpot or Mailchimp to re-engage historical cold leads and previous service clients.
- Conceptualize and trace marketing funnels, identifying drop-off risks to optimize lead capture mechanics for the active sales team.
- Maintain vibrant, active community management across social channels, answering customer messages and forwarding hot leads directly to floor sales executives.
4. Sales Enablement, CRM Administration & Support
- Partner directly with the Sales Management division, tracking target alignment, inputting pipeline statistics into CRM tools, and sharing comprehensive campaign output briefs.
- Deliver professional presentations, pitch documentation, and product orientations directly to prospective corporate or individual B2B buyers when required.
- Facilitate product training sessions and digital orientation workshops for showroom support personnel to synchronize brand messaging.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Academic Background & Experience
- Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a matching field (equivalent verified professional experience will be fully considered).
- Technical Portfolio Background: Proven experience working in multi-channel digital marketing, social media strategy management, or modern rich-media content creation.
- Software Stack Mastery: High level of comfort navigating design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Figma, and Canva, alongside web Content Management Systems (CMS).
Preferred Competencies & Intangibles
- Automotive Sector Familiarity: Prior marketing or brand management experience inside the automotive distribution, agricultural machinery, or industrial power equipment sector is highly preferred.
- Automation Software Acumen: Practical familiarity with marketing automation toolkits (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM data structures.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of basic sales psychology, target market segment tracking, and modern customer service delivery.
- Organized Execution: Exceptional planning habits with a proven ability to work on-site, balance multiple campaign schedules, and beat deadlines without compromising quality.
