Job Summary
The Creative Talent Sourcer / Recruiter targets, evaluates, and onboards elite design and engineering specialists to build a high-capacity global AI data network. Core daily tasks include mining specialized creative platforms for top portfolios, setting up automated multi-channel outreach campaigns, reviewing developer applicants for frontend framework fit, coordinating skill evaluations, managing contractor compliance onboarding, and maintaining clean data structures inside internal talent tracking boards.
Required Experience & Creative Alignment Foundations
- Professional Tenure: 2 to 5 years of verified professional experience operating directly within tech recruitment, creative sourcing, or high-volume talent operations environments.
- Creative & Tech Literacy: Proven ability to understand the visual and functional differences between distinct design branches (e.g., product design, brand identity, typography, UX, and advanced new media) paired with enough technical fluency to identify top frontend and design engineering talent.
- Digital Community Footprint: Clear familiarity with where top-tier digital creators and frontend developers share their work online, with absolute comfort engaging talent across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Dribbble, Discord, GitHub, and Reddit.
- Sourcing Speed & Capacity: Exceptional organizational habits enabling you to easily manage high volumes from home—tracking hundreds of candidate threads, multiple projects, and rapid deadlines simultaneously.
- Execution Velocity: A high-energy, self-directed working style that moves quickly, follows up fast, and prevents candidate pipelines from stalling.

- Cross-Border Recruitment: Prior experience sourcing and managing freelance, contract, or remote developer networks across diverse international time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Sourcing, Portfolio Research & Outreach (45%)
- Target Elite Talent: Mine LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, Read.cv, and custom creative portfolios to find top design, frontend, and AI-making talent whose work matches our strict quality metrics.
- Deploy Outreach Campaigns: Configure and run automated, multi-channel outreach sequences across email and social networks, adjusting messaging copy to maximize reply rates.
- Build Specialized Shortlists: Maintain organized, active candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent project roles, ensuring steady talent options for sudden client staffing shifts.
- Evaluate Portfolio Quality: Review candidate portfolios to check for exceptional visual design layouts, clean typography, smooth interaction design, and modern spatial composition.
2. Candidate Screening, Technical Assessment & Evaluation (25%)
- Screen Incoming Applications: Review candidate profile details against clear project criteria—checking portfolio level, core tool skills, hourly rates, availability, and assessment readiness.
- Lead Initial Communication: Manage high-volume early candidate messaging across messaging platforms, answering applicant questions clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate Shortlists: Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to group candidates into project shortlists, matching technical talent to specific client model requirements.
3. Talent Operations, Contract Onboarding & Compliance (20%)
- Manage Skill Assessments: Oversee the end-to-end applicant testing pipeline—distributing evaluation tasks, tracking submission dates, following up with candidates, and routing completed tests to review teams.
- Enforce Contractor Compliance: Support global onboarding legal tracks by collecting signed independent contractor agreements, verifying background documentation, and setting up payment vendor profiles.
- Standardize Talent Databases: Keep internal talent records up to date daily within Airtable and Notion, ensuring pipeline charts remain organized as the platform scales up.
4. Onboarding Logistics & Continuous Quality Tracking (10%)
- Coordinate Kick-Off Operations: Help transition approved experts into their first active project workflows, managing communications to guarantee a smooth day-one launch.
