The Casino Games Coordinator serves as the central operational nexus for The Multiple’s digital casino footprint. Key responsibilities include acting as the principal point of contact for international game studios, managing back-office game availability configurations, driving the release roadmap for online slots and table games, auditing software compliance against local market criteria, and project-managing new game provider server integrations.

Qualification

Core iGaming Domain Mastery

• Casino Product Literacy: A strong structural understanding of digital casino products, including online slots mechanics, table games architectures, random number generator (RNG) deployment parameters, and general platform functionality.
• Vendor & Provider Management: Proven history of building, managing, and optimizing high-value, professional B2B relationships with third-party software vendors or game service providers via email, phone, and video networks.
• Back-Office Configuration: Direct, hands-on experience navigating and configuring software availability parameters, geo-blocking settings, and player access matrices within a casino platform back-office engine.

Project & Compliance Delivery

• Roadmap Stewardship: Experience contributing to or independently maintaining structural product release roadmaps and tracking release pipelines.
• Regulatory Awareness: Functional familiarity with tracking and executing gaming product regulations across varied international or localized compliance markets.
• Multi-Tasking Under Pressure: A verified track record of managing multiple concurrent integrations, technical deployments, or operational issues under tight timelines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Execution: A sharp eye for detail, with a background in verifying asset delivery, performing platform checks, and auditing game behaviors for functional consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Vendor Relations & Integration

• Primary Studio Liaison: Act as the primary operational anchor for external game service providers, advocating for feature enhancements and specialized deliveries within your assigned regional markets.
• Coordinate Technical Integrations: Support the end-to-end execution of new game studio integrations, platform server connections, and country-specific compliance configurations.

Back-Office Administration & Catalog Curation

• Manage Game Lifecycles: Oversee the onboarding, staging, testing, and live release of net-new gaming content, while managing the technical updates of the existing games catalog.
• Govern Back-Office Settings: Adjust and monitor game accesses, localization variants, platform visibilities, and promotional variables within the central casino system back-office.
• Maintain Games Roadmap: Own the ongoing architecture, communication, and meticulous maintenance of the master games release roadmap across client networks.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control

• Enforce Regulatory Standards: Audit games and vendor assets continuously to ensure strict compliance with relevant country-specific regulatory mandates.
• Perform Quality Assurance: Run rigorous operational checks on new software drops, diagnosing structural display issues, currency anomalies, or latency gaps before public deployment.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product, Development, Operations, and Legal teams to streamline processes and rapidly clear platform blocks.
