- On-Camera Charisma: Complete confidence recording engaging on-camera content, with a proven ability to present ideas clearly, maintain high energy, and connect naturally with an online audience.
- Content Production Autonomy: Proven ability to independently research a technical topic, write an engaging script, and record high-quality raw video tutorials with clean audio setups.
- Communication Articulation: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with a natural talent for breaking down complex technical parameters or multi-step logic into simple, scannable, and actionable insights.
- Agile Workflow Habits: A self-driven, highly proactive approach to work, with the discipline to consistently deliver high-quality video content on time in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tool R&D & Practical Workflow Engineering (35%)
- Explore the AI Landscape: Dive into the AI ecosystem daily, running hands-on tests on new models, updates, and open-source plugins to separate genuine utility from marketing hype.
- Build Practical Workflows: Design, build, and refine real-world automation pipelines and prompt chains that users can immediately adopt to save time or optimize business tasks.
- Blueprint Learning Curriculums: Turn successful workflows into actionable blueprints, structured step-by-step guides, and practical assets for our community database.
2. Video Content Production & Scripting (35%)
- Script Engaging Lessons: Write clear, high-retention scripts for video tutorials, ensuring complex tools are introduced with strong hooks and logical progress pathways.
- Record High-Impact Tutorials: Film clean, professional on-camera lessons and screen-recordings, demonstrating tool interactions smoothly (with full backend editing team support).
- Maintain Content Velocity: Consistently ship high-quality educational assets on tight deadlines, keeping the AI University library aligned with real-time industry updates.
3. Community Engagement & Live Instruction (20%)
- Host Live Group Sessions: Lead interactive live office hours, tool deep-dives, and platform webinars, creating a welcoming space where members can ask questions live.
- Deliver Actionable Student Feedback: Review user-submitted projects and workflows, providing thoughtful, personalized advice to help students master complex techniques.
- Moderate Learning Channels: Answer ongoing member questions within our community chat groups, driving continuous learning and engagement.
4. Curriculum Strategy & Collaborative Innovation (10%)
